On June 22, 2020, the official Bratz social media accounts confirmed that Nevra is in a romantic relationship with Roxxi. The duo would have their first official doll release as a couple in 2022 in the JimmyPaul collection.

Nevra made her first appearance as part of the Formal Funk collection in 2003 and then became a staple secondary character between 2004 and 2005. Nevra was released as part of the Lil’ Bratz Fashion Mall playset, and made various appearances in the Bratz Lil’ Angelz and 4-Ever Lil’ Angelz lines. Nevra was set to re-appear around 2016/2017, but the brand was put on hiatus in 2016. Nevra made her long-awaited comeback in 2022 as part of the JimmyPaul collaboration and has since made several more appearances.

Nevra has made appearances in several books and is featured in the 2012 video game Bratz Fashion Boutique. Nevra also makes an appearance in the 2004 film Bratz The Video: Starrin’ and Stylin’.
