Lina is the main antagonist in the 2007 film Bratz Fashion Pixiez. A version of Lina, referred to simply as the "Dark Pixie”, appears in the VTech video game Bratz Fashion Pixiez: The Secret Necklace.

Despite being a villain in the film Bratz Fashion Pixiez, Lina’s doll is not advertised as a villain. Towards the end of Bratz Fashion Pixiez, Lina refers to herself as “Auntie Lina”, inferring that she is Lina and Cymbeline’s aunt in the film and possibly related to Dee or Melvino; however, there is no confirmation if Lina used this term literally or figuratively.
