A romantic relationship between Cameron and Cloe has been hinted at since the 2004 film Bratz The Video: Starrin’ and Stylin’ and was later made official in the brand’s 2015 reboot.

Cameron was one of the first characters in the Bratz Boyz line and was introduced in 2002 alongside Dylan. Cameron has been a staple character since his introduction and is the only Boyz character to be produced in every Bratz reboot. Cameron has also appeared in the Lil’ Boyz, Bratz Babyz, and Bratz Kidz lines.
